SimpleQR provides a web-based platform that allows hospitality businesses to create, manage, and host QR-code digital menus.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  1. Business Use Only – You must be a duly formed business entity or an authorized representative of a business to register for an account.
  2. Accurate Information – You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and to keep it updated.
  3. Account Security – You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

  1. Plans – We offer freemium and paid subscription plans; details and pricing are listed on the Site.
  2. Fees – Fees are billed annually in advance unless otherwise specified.
  3. Taxes – All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
  4. No Refunds – Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

  1. Permitted – You may upload menu text, images, and logos solely to generate QR menus for your own business.
  2. Prohibited – You may not:
    • Use the Services for any harmful, fraudulent, or illegal purpose.
    • Upload content that infringes third-party copyrights or other rights.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. Your Content – You retain ownership of the menus and logos you upload. You grant SimpleQR a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display this content as part of the Services.
  2. SimpleQR IP – All software, trademarks, and content provided by SimpleQR are owned by SimpleQR or its licensors.

6. Termination

  1. By You – You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
  2. By Us – We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or non-payment.
  3. Effect – Upon termination, we will disable your hosted menu links. Data deletion requests are handled per our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” SimpleQR disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleQR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimpleQR, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of (a) your content, (b) your use of the Services, or (c) your violation of these Terms.
